Friday Night Posse
Few names are as closely associated with the golden era of UK commercial dance music as Friday Night Posse. Originally founded in the late 1990s, the project became one of the defining remix brands of the Clubland generation, producing more than 100 influential bootlegs before evolving into one of the UK’s busiest official remix teams. Their energetic productions helped shape the sound of commercial dance music throughout the 2000s, earning widespread support from DJs, radio and club audiences across the UK and beyond.
From 2002 to 2012, Friday Night Posse operated in-house for All Around The World and Universal UK, contributing remixes and productions that featured across countless Clubland releases and helping deliver several UK Top 20 hits, including work connected to a UK No. 1 single. Their official remix catalogue spans major labels including Ministry of Sound, Sony, Warner, EMI/Positiva, Hed Kandi, NuLife and Universal, reflecting a decade of trusted relationships with the biggest names in commercial dance music.
Today, the project continues under Harry Hard, carrying forward the Friday Night Posse legacy while introducing new productions, remixes and original releases to a new generation of dance music fans. Alongside the Friday Night Posse catalogue, Harry has also enjoyed success through projects including Dancing DJs, while continuing to produce, remix and write across a variety of musical styles.
